I hope everyone is having a wonderful start to their summer and enjoying doing (semi) brainless activities. It has been super hot (for Truckee, that is)... 90 for the last week! We went to my cousin's graduation in Sacramento, CA yesterday, and I about melted (that was for you, Tristan!)

My adventure of the week was classic rskiing into hail/lightning/thunderstorm/pouring rain. It went from 90 to 55 degrees in 20 minutes and I had to hide under a tree to avoid the hail and lightning! Lesson of the day? Turn around when there is a black cloud in front of you, even when it cuts your workout short ;)
